1. Getting Started

Setting up the Tapix Keyboard

  1. 1Open the Settings app on your iPhone
  2. 2Go to General > Keyboard > Keyboards > Add New Keyboard
  3. 3Select Tapix
  4. 4Tap Tapix again and enable Allow Full Access
  5. 5Full Access is required for the keyboard to communicate with AI providers over the network

Why does Tapix need Full Access?

Tapix uses AI providers (Anthropic Claude and Google Gemini) to transform your text. Full Access enables the keyboard to make network requests to these services. Without it, AI features cannot function.

Tapix does NOT log your keystrokes and does NOT collect passwords or sensitive information. The keyboard only reads text near your cursor when you explicitly trigger an AI action.

  3. 3Tap Subscriptions
  4. 4Find Tapix Premium and manage from there

Open Tapix > Settings > Translation Language and select your preferred target language.

"Can I use Tapix offline?"

No. Tapix requires an internet connection to communicate with AI providers. There is no offline mode.
