How do I add a subscription?

You can add subscriptions manually by tapping the "+" button on the home screen, or use the AI-powered import to scan screenshots of bank statements, App Store receipts, or email invoices.

What are AI scan credits?

AI scan credits are used when you import subscriptions from screenshots. Free users get 3 credits to start. Pro users get 30 credits included with purchase, and can buy additional Scan Packs of 30 credits at any time.

How do I restore my purchase?

Open VITTRA, go to Settings, and tap "Restore Purchases." Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase.

Is my data synced across devices?

If you're a Pro user with iCloud Sync enabled, yes — your subscriptions sync across all your Apple devices. You can enable or disable iCloud Sync in Settings → Subscription Data.

How do I cancel or delete a subscription in VITTRA?

VITTRA tracks your subscriptions — it does not manage them directly with providers. To cancel an actual subscription, you need to do so through the service provider or your Apple ID settings. You can mark a subscription as cancelled in VITTRA to keep your records accurate.

What does VITTRA Pro include?

VITTRA Pro is a one-time purchase ($9.99) that unlocks unlimited subscriptions, advanced analytics, iCloud Sync, 30 AI scan credits, and all future Pro features. No recurring charges — ever.

How do I delete all my data?

Go to Settings → Subscription Data → Delete All Subscriptions. Uninstalling the app also removes all locally stored data. If you have iCloud Sync enabled, manage your iCloud data through your iPhone's Settings → Apple ID → iCloud → Manage Storage.

How do I request a refund?

All purchases are processed by Apple. You can request a refund through Apple's support at reportaproblem.apple.com.
