Terms of Service

1. About VITTRA

VITTRA is a personal subscription tracking application developed by Dmzlabz ("we," "us," or "our"). VITTRA helps you track, budget, and understand your recurring subscription costs. VITTRA is not a financial institution, bank, payment processor, or financial advisor. Information displayed in the app is for personal organizational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use VITTRA. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you should have the permission of a parent or legal guardian.

3. License to Use VITTRA

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use VITTRA on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to extract the app's API keys or circumvent usage quotas by technical means
• Use the app to process financial information belonging to others without authorization
• Resell or sublicense access to the app or its Pro features

4. Free and Pro Tiers

VITTRA is available in two tiers:

We reserve the right to adjust feature limits with reasonable notice. We will not retroactively remove features from existing Pro users without offering a refund.

5. Purchases and Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. VITTRA does not directly handle payment information. Refunds are governed by Apple's refund policy. You can request a refund through Apple's support at reportaproblem.apple.com.

VITTRA Pro is a one-time, non-subscription purchase. There are no recurring charges. Purchasing Pro on one Apple ID grants access on all devices signed into that Apple ID. You can restore your purchase at any time using the "Restore Purchases" option in the app.

Scan Packs are consumable purchases available to Pro users. Each Scan Pack grants 30 AI scan credits. Scan credits are stored persistently using iCloud Key-Value Store and device Keychain, meaning they survive app deletion and reinstallation. Credits are non-refundable once consumed. Unconsumed credits are restored when you reinstall the app or sign in on a new device.

6. AI Screenshot Import Feature

VITTRA's AI import feature uses Anthropic's Claude API to analyze screenshots you select. By using this feature, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The screenshot you submit is transmitted to Anthropic's servers for processing
• You should only submit screenshots that you own or have the right to share
• You should not submit screenshots containing sensitive personal information beyond what is needed to identify a subscription (e.g., avoid submitting full bank statements with account numbers visible)
• VITTRA strips EXIF metadata (including GPS data) from images before transmission
• VITTRA does not store submitted images after analysis completes
• AI-extracted results may be inaccurate and should be reviewed before saving
• Scan quotas (3 lifetime free, 30 included with Pro purchase) are enforced to manage API costs. Pro users may purchase additional Scan Packs at $2.99 per 30 credits.

7. Data Accuracy

VITTRA displays subscription data and spending calculations based on information you enter or import. Currency conversion rates are fetched from third-party sources and may not reflect real-time market rates. All financial figures shown in the app are estimates for personal awareness and should not be relied upon for accounting, tax, or financial decision-making purposes.

8. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• The accuracy of subscription data you enter into the app
• Reviewing and confirming AI-imported subscription data before saving
• Maintaining a backup of your data (via iCloud Sync if you are a Pro user)
• Keeping your device secure, as all subscription data is stored locally
• Any actions taken based on information displayed in the app

9. Intellectual Property

VITTRA, including its design, graphics, typography, code, and content, is the property of Dmzlabz and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The VITTRA name, "Ledger" design language, and all associated branding are owned by Dmzlabz.

Subscription service names, logos, and trademarks displayed in the app (Netflix, Spotify, etc.) are the property of their respective owners. VITTRA uses these names and logos solely to help you identify your own subscriptions. No affiliation with or endorsement by these companies is implied.

10. Disclaimers

VITTRA IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses
• AI-extracted subscription data will be accurate or complete
• Currency conversion rates will be current or precise
• Brand logos fetched from third-party services will always be available
• iCloud Sync will operate without interruption (subject to Apple's infrastructure)

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DMZLABZ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR FINANCIAL LOSS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE VITTRA.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of VITTRA shall not exceed the amount you paid for VITTRA Pro (currently $9.99) or Scan Packs, or $10 if you are a free user.

12. Termination

You may stop using VITTRA at any time by deleting the app from your device. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the app if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the app ends, though data stored locally on your device remains until you delete it.

VITTRA Pro is a one-time purchase and termination of your license does not entitle you to a refund except as provided by Apple's refund policy.

13. Changes to the App and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features of VITTRA at any time. We will endeavor to maintain all features available to Pro users at the time of their purchase. If we make a significant change that removes a Pro feature, we will provide reasonable notice within the app.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of VITTRA after updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of VITTRA shall be resolved in the competent courts of Israel.

15. Apple Requirements

VITTRA is distributed through Apple's App Store. Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for VITTRA. In the event of any failure of VITTRA to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if applicable). To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation with respect to VITTRA.

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
